Instead of publishing proposed new rules for comment, the DOL is seeking comments on the following substantive areas:
Eligible EmployeeThe DOL invites interested parties having knowledge of, or experience with, the FMLA to submit comments and welcomes any pertinent information that will provide a basis for ascertaining the effectiveness of the current regulations and the DOL’s administration of the Act. Public comments should be received by no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on February 2, 2007.
